Dear friends, here you can find program & schedule of IT Jam 2011 Meet&Mix. It will be changed during the process of forming the program. So far, the program is in its formation stage.

Maintenance is a mandatory part of any successful software product. This stage significantly differs from development phase. And standard project management approaches (e.g. Scrum) do not work here. And here comes Kanban – method that works just great for support teams
